Forgot Password

Step 1: Access the Reset Page

1. Open the iOS app
2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
3. You'll be directed to the password reset page

Step 2: Enter Your Email

1. Enter the email address associated with your account
2. Make sure it's the same email you used during registration
3. Tap "Send Reset Link"

Step 3: Check Your Email

1. Open your email inbox
2. Look for an email with the subject: "Password Reset Request"
3. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder
4. The reset link is valid for 24 hours

Step 4: Reset Your Password

1. Click the reset link in your email
2. You'll be redirected to create a new password
3. Enter your new password (must meet requirements)
4. Confirm your new password
5. Tap "Reset Password"

Step 5: Log In

1. Return to the iOS app
2. Use your email and new password to log in
3. You're back in! 🎉

😕 Not Receiving the Reset Email?

• Check Your Spam/Junk Folder - Reset emails sometimes land in spam
• Verify Your Email Address - Make sure you're using the correct email
• Wait a Few Minutes - Email delivery can take up to 5-10 minutes
• Resend the Email - You can request another reset link

🔗 Reset Link Expired?

Reset links expire after 24 hours for security reasons.

To get a new link: Return to the "Forgot Password" page, enter your email again, and request a new reset link.

1. Check your email accounts for welcome emails from us
2. Try your most commonly used emails
