1. Supplemental License Terms

This Custom EULA supplements Apple's Standard EULA and includes additional terms specific to Dream Ink AI's services, features, and business model.

1.1 Description of Licensed Application

Dream Ink AI is an AI-powered creative design application providing:

• AI Tattoo Generator (text-to-image tattoo design creation)
• Photo to Sketch conversion
• Style Transfer (artistic style application to photos)
• Google Fonts integration and custom typography tools

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Licensed Application.

2. Credit System and In-App Purchases

2.1 Credit-Based Services

The Licensed Application operates on a credit system. Available Credit Packages:

2.2 One-Time Purchases (No Subscriptions)

ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE ONE-TIME TRANSACTIONS. THERE ARE NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS OR RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS.

2.3 Non-Refundable Policy

ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

3. AI-Generated Content Rights

3.1 License to AI-Generated Content

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute AI-generated content created through the Licensed Application for personal and commercial purposes.

3.2 AI Generation Disclaimer

AI-generated content may produce unexpected results. We make no warranties regarding quality, accuracy, originality, or fitness for tattooing.

4. User Content and Restrictions

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. However, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI services.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or generate:

• Illegal content or child sexual abuse material
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Content promoting hate speech or violence
• Sexually explicit or pornographic imagery
• Content impersonating others

6. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining account security. We may terminate accounts for violations of this EULA, resulting in immediate forfeiture of all unused credits without refund.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Supabase - Authentication and database
• Trained AI Models - AI image processing
• SendGrid - Email delivery
• Apple StoreKit - In-app purchases
• Google Fonts - Typography services

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant:

• AI generation quality or consistency
• Service availability or uptime
• Content originality or uniqueness
• Fitness for tattooing or professional use

9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) Amount you paid in the last 12 months, OR (B) $100 USD.

We are NOT liable for:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Tattoo-related outcomes or medical complications
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorized account access due to your negligence

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Binding Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except for small claims court matters and intellectual property disputes.

10.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.

11. Intellectual Property

Sueno Tattoo LLC retains all ownership rights to the AI models, algorithms, Licensed Application source code, and the "Dream Ink AI" trademark.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

This Custom EULA is between you and Sueno Tattoo LLC, NOT Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application. Sueno Tattoo LLC is solely responsible for maintenance, support, warranty claims, and product liability.

13. Governing Law

This Custom EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
